Your Role:

As an Administrative Intern at Watergenics SAC, you will gain hands-on experience across several key administrative functions while working in a dynamic and flexible environment in Peru. This paid internship can be mandatory for students or voluntary for young professionals who are looking to broaden their skills.

Your tasks may include:

Request for quotations and support in managing purchase orders (local and international).
Follow-up with suppliers regarding delivery timelines and required documentation.
Assistance with access permits for industrial facilities (personnel, equipment, etc.)
Support in updating and maintaining document control records (Google drive)
Support in billing cycles, including coordination with customers and the internal finance & commercial team.
Preparation of basic reports and presentations / templates for management.

Requirements

Student or recent graduate of administration, industrial engineering or similar field.
Previous experience in procurement processes, administrative roles, or industrial environments is desirable.
Previous experience using Google Workspace is highly desirable.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
High energy, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
Languages: Native Spanish; minimum intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Advanced proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
